About Olivia
“My career in wellness began in 2013 when I started a raw food company, called The Raw Kitchen. I was fascinated with the energetics of food, and how what we put into our body affected our mind and mental wellbeing. What started as a humble raw cake kitchen, quickly grew into a wholesale operation, followed by a multi retail-site operation across Auckland, with various retail products and a cult local following.”
Off the back of The Raw Kitchen’s success, in 2016 Olivia wrote an internationally sold cookbook, called The Raw Kitchen (Beatnik Publishing), and was featured in other print titles such as The Great New Zealand Baking Book (PQ Blackwell), and WHOLE by Bronwyn Kan (Beatnik Publishing).
Over the years, Olivia has worked with brands including Topshop, Loreal, Karen Walker, Les Mills, Lululemon, Maybelline, RUBY and Miss FQ (see below for press).
In 2018 and after working with Maybelline as a guest mentor for young entrepreneurs, she began business coaching. After selling her business in early 2019 she continued working as a coach and gained her qualification as a Reiki Master teacher, to further strengthen her understanding of intuition and energy.
