HEALINGS

Any cancellations must be made 48 hours before appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking, you will be charged the full amount.

If you need to change your booking in advance, please do so before 48 hours of appointment.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind bookings, credits will be issued when you are no longer able to make an appointment. This is due to the high demand of bookings and reserving your spot ahead of time often means this place is held for you in advance.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

All workshops and events are non-refundable. A change in personal circumstances does not entitle the ticket holder to return or exchange the ticket.

If you cannot attend the workshop or event, you are welcome to on sell or give the ticket to another student to attend in your place. Please notify Olivia Scott of the change so we can transfer the ticket name to the person using your ticket.

By booking a healing appointment, coaching appointment, or workshop, I consent that I am in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder my participation in any activity at Olivia Scott Healing & Coaching.

These Activities include, but are not limited to, Reiki Healings and Readings, classes, trainings, ceremonies, workshops, or various activities. I understand that my participation in all offerings held by Olivia Scott Sole Trader, her colleagues, contractors, and/or employees are strictly for entertainment purposes and understand any personal medical concerns are under the care of a medical professional.

Any advice given is ultimately determined by my own free will and I release any liability to sue Olivia Scott, Love By Olivia, it’s employees, instructors, or contractors. My participation in all activities, is confirmation that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damages known or unknown without limitation.

I hereby release my image should photos be taken in group activities that may later appear on future media, for websites, social, or any press purposes.

By booking or purchasing products from this website, showing up for my appointment or workshop with Olivia Scott and affiliates, contractors and/or employees and entering Olivia’s consulting room, I acknowledge that I have read and completely understand the terms and conditions, that I am legally of sound mind, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
