Recipe: Chamomile Choc Mylk & Strawberries n Cream Mylk
Chamomile and Chocolate. Yes, it’s a strange combination but you have to trust me on this. Chamomile Tea you may already know has calming effects on the nervous system but have you ever consumed the tea whole? If you have Chamomile Essential Oil you may also use it in replacement. This beautiful combination contains magnesium, antioxidants, aids digestion and gives a relaxing form of energy.
Strawberries n Cream on the other hand needs no introduction nor persuasion. I love both of these recipes equally, it just depends on your mood!
