Strawberry Dream Bowl Recipe

This is such a simple but delicious breakfast option for when you are on the run. You can garnish with anything crunchy you have in the pantry. Seeds, nuts, coconut, or you can add a protein powder for extra goodness.

Ingredients

1 cup (220g/7.8oz) frozen strawberries
2 bananas
1⁄2 cup (125ml) Almond Mylk (see page 234)
1⁄2 cup (75g/2.6oz) Cacao Muesli (or granola on hand)
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
6 pieces raw  Caramel Chocolate (optional)
1 tsp bee pollen

Method

Place strawberries, bananas and Almond Mylk in a high-speed blender. Blend on low until smooth (about 1–2 minutes). Pour into a bowl and serve with Cacao Muesli, cacao nibs, Caramel Chocolate and bee pollen.

Serves 2

TIP

Bulk buy old bananas, peel and freeze. The older they are, the sweeter.
